The Ridge Kitchen

Our kitchen bridges historic culinary techniques with refined, contemporary plating. In the morning, savor fresh mountain sourdough, wild berry preserves, and single-origin Kangra teas. In the evening, gather around copper thalis for slow-braised mountain specialties cooked over fragrant oak wood.

Ingredients are sourced within a 40-kilometer radius from local organic hill farmers and foraging elders who know every seasonal wild herb of the Dharamshala valleys.
